Andreas Mades

Andreas Mades obtained his PhD at the university medical center of Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. His project was embedded in the excellence cluster for individualized immunointervention and one major focus of his work was to optimize the function of redirected T-cells with homeostatic cytokines like IL-15 and IL-15 superagonists. He joined our group in 2016 and currently works on evaluating the key parameters that determine the function and performance of novel CAR constructs.
